OUT OF THE CAVE. Ready for the Leap” is an enlightening journey through the recesses of the soul, inspired by the Platonic myth of emerging from the cave and Joseph Campbell’s heroic monomyth. Set amidst the majestic valleys and mountains of Switzerland’s Canton Ticino, the documentary follows Pier Luigi Lattuada (a doctor, psychologist, and psychotherapist) on his path toward understanding the Self and its connection with the world.

Through the lenses of ancient spiritual traditions and Lattuada’s experiences, the film explores the inner challenges we face on our journey toward personal growth. With a runtime of 67 minutes, “OUT OF THE CAVE. Ready for the Leap” offers a transcendental visual experience that challenges viewers to explore their inner depths.
