This is a special Holotropic Breathwork Workshop for seasoned Holonauts, who would like to deepen the extent of their integration and understanding (in the broader sense of the meaning) of the Holotropic journeys they have undertaken so far. The larger part of the workshop will be dedicated to thorough integration of Holotropic work done through either Holotropic Breathwork, psychedelic therapies, shamanic journeys and spiritual emergencies. To provide sufficient time and space for each individual, the group is limited to 12 people.
This Holotropic Breathwork Workshop, with a combination of powerful integration activities and Holotropic Experiences (1+1 format), offers the opportunity to close yet another circle in the infinite spiral of growth, and self-exploration.
